Job Description

RecruitChute is seeking a Junior Sales Intern to play a critical role in building relationships with potential RecruitChute B2B partners in the sports and soccer-related industries. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract close. Our ideal candidate will be an acquisition specialist that can roll up their sleeves, partner with stakeholders, and scale our partner location strategy. You’ll love this role if you’re comfortable pounding the phones each day, and you are eager to gain experience interacting with prospects and customers of all levels. This internship will teach you the ins and outs of outbound sales, combined with face-to-face, digital, and content marketing. We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded individuals who aspire to work in a start-up environment where your opinions and suggestions are heard.


What You’ll Do

  • Create, execute, and optimize ongoing sales strategy to meet company KPI’s

  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries and appropriately advance them to the next step in the company’s sales cycle

  • Perform outbound sales activities including lead generation, email and phone outreach, and demo scheduling

  • Maintain accurate records of all activity throughout the sales development cycle in CRM

  • Train and onboard RecruitChute’s partner locations and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders

  • Act as the primary liaison between partner locations and internal RecruitChute team

  • Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections

  • Stay current on industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitors’ product offerings


What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of sales experience

  • Ability to independently follow the sales cycle from lead generation to close (senior sales associated will be assisting where needed)

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Great track record of working across sales, marketing, customer success, and technology teams.

  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot)
